Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation at Hotel Spiti Heritage, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Children Policy
Children below 5 years of age may stay complimentary when sharing existing bedding with adults. Extra beds or cribs, if required, may be subject to additional charges.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of the check-in date will incur a charge equivalent to the total booking amount.
Refund Policy
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 07 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation and will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 01:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
Incidentals & Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
Housekeeping
Housekeeping and linen change will be provided once during the stay for guests staying a minimum of 03 nights.
Additional Charges
Any services or amenities requested during the stay that are not included in the booking package may incur extra charges.
Liability
The hotel shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay.
Right to Refuse Service
The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at its discretion.
